Condition for Participation & Cancelation
After your successful registration you will receive an invoice/confirmation concerning your participation fee within the next 14 days by email. Once registered your registration is binding. All pay­ments must be made prior to the course. Participation fees are due upon receipt of invoice without deduction. Please transfer the invoice amount before the event date. In case of a cancellation the cancellation statement must be in writing. The following processing fees apply: 8-3 working days before the event 50% of participation fee. In case of too late cancel­lation or absence without written cancellation the entire fee will be charged. A substitute participant may be submitted at any time.

Your participation at this event is also an agreement that any film or photo material taken during the event may be publicly used on behalf of the UKR.

Teilnahme- und Stornobedingungen

Nach der schriftlichen Anmeldung erhalten Sie eine Rechnung über Ihre Teilnahmegebühr. Die Teilnahmegebühren sind mit Erhalt der Rechnung ohne Abzug zur Zahlung fällig. Bitte überweisen Sie den Rechnungsbetrag vor dem Veranstaltungstermin.
Die Stornoerklärung bedarf der Schriftform. Dabei fallen folgende Bearbeitungsgebühren an: 8 bis 3 Arbeitstage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn 50% der Teilnahmegebühr. Bei späterer Abmeldung oder Fernbleiben ohne schriftliche Abmeldung wird die gesamte Teilnahmegebühr einbehalten bzw. in Rechnung gestellt. Ein Ersatzteilnehmer kann zu jedem Zeitpunkt gestellt werden.
